For those who wish to more accurately understand the mysteries of the prehistoric periods mentioned in this text, these two volumes cannot provide such preliminary observational points. However, if readers are patient and observe the current state of beliefs and doctrines in Europe, comparing and contrasting it with what history knows about the eras immediately before and after Christianity, they will find all of this in Volume 3 of this book.
In that volume, the main initiates known in history are briefly summarized, and the decline of secret teachings is described. Afterwards, the true nature of initiation and sacred science disappeared from people's memories, and eventually was systematically removed. Since then, these teachings became occultism, and magic, more precisely sorcery, frequently appeared under the name of "Hermetic philosophy," which was often misunderstood even though it received respect. For centuries before our time, just as true occultism spread among mystics, magic, or rather sorcery, along with its occult techniques, followed the beginning of Christianity.
In the early centuries, no matter how extensive and fervent the fanatical efforts were to erase all traces of the spiritual and intellectual labor of pagans, they failed. However, the dark demon spirit of prejudice and intolerance has since systematically distorted each glorious page written in pre-Christian times. History, even in its uncertain records, preserves enough about what remains to cast a fair light on the whole.
Then, I would like the readers to stay with the author for a while at selected observation points. The reader is asked to pay close attention to the millennium that separates the pre-Christian era and the post-Christian era, namely the year of the birth of Christ. This event served as the first sign against any possibility of returning to past religions or even taking a glimpse of them, regardless of whether it is historically accurate. The reason why the past religion was hated and feared is that it shed too much light on what is now called "new distribution," which has been newly and intentionally concealed interpretations.
The early Christian Church Fathers, through superhuman efforts, tried to erase the "secret doctrine" from human memory, but they all failed. Truth cannot be killed. That is why it was impossible to completely eradicate traces of ancient wisdom from the earth, and also impossible to silence all witnesses who testified to it. Consider that thousands, perhaps even millions, of manuscripts were burned, and monuments with overly frank inscriptions and pictorial symbols were shattered into pieces. The early hermits and ascetics who wandered through the ruins of cities in Upper and Lower Egypt, deserts, mountains, valleys, and highlands, whenever they found obelisks, pillars, scrolls, and parchments inscribed with the Tau symbol and other signs that the new faith had borrowed and incorporated, they desperately wanted to destroy them.
